Terms and conditions of use
It is specified that the products bearing the indication ''For professional use only'' or ''Professional use'' are not intended for the final consumer and must be used with the assistance of a qualified person. Nailfor srl - nailfor and nailforbusiness declines all liability in the event of transfer or improper use of the same.
1. General Provisions These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website https://www.nailforbusiness.it, https://www.nailforbusiness.com (hereinafter, "Site"). The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons who act for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. The language available to conclude the contract is Italian. The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow the Customer to store and reproduce them pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70. The contracts concluded with nailfor.it (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").

3. Information relating to the Products The information relating to the «nailforbusiness.com» Products susceptible to distance selling through the Site are available, with the relative product codes, on the Site. The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
4. Price: www.nailfor.com product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties excluding delivery costs. All prices are expressed in Euros. On https://www.nailforbusiness.com prices are VAT excluded.
5. Ordering the Products The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each Product. To purchase the Products, the Customer must fill out and send the order form in electronic format to nailforbusiness.com, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the "send order" option. Before sending the purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any errors in data entry by following the appropriate modification procedure on the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the quantity of the Products he intends to purchase, adding or eliminating one or more Products from the "cart". By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the General Conditions. The Customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the "Orders" area of his account. nailforbusiness.com reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. nailforbusiness.com will communicate to the Customer any impossibility to accept orders received within 5 days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to nailforbusiness.com and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
6. Payment methods The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card via the PAYPAL website, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery (with cash on delivery we do not accept orders over €1000) nailforbusiness.com accepts payments made with the following credit cards: Visa MasterCard The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after a) the credit card details have been verified, b) the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer nailforbusiness.com also accepts payments made by bank transfer. The bank transfer must be made out to nailfor srl and the order number must be indicated as the reason for payment. The bank transfer must be made within 5 working days of the order, after this period the unpaid order will be considered invalid and therefore cancelled. The order number must be indicated in the reason for payment. Any bank charges will be borne by the Customer. In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts due by the Customer is impossible, the sales process is automatically cancelled and the sale is automatically canceled. nailforbusiness.com also accepts payment made by courier upon delivery "Cash on Delivery" for this method there is an additional charge of 3 euros, in this case the Customer must hand over the amount of the order in cash to the courier responsible for the delivery of the goods. If the package is refused by the Customer, the costs of storage and for the return of the goods will be at his expense.
7. Confirmation of receipt of the order In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with an indication of the times and methods for returning the goods - the geographic address to submit any complaints and information on existing assistance services and commercial guarantees.
8. Ineffectiveness of the order No contract must be considered concluded between nailforbusiness.com and the Customer if nailforbusiness.com has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the products ordered, or is abusively exercising the right of withdrawal recognized by art.12 below. In such cases, the order sent by the Customer must be considered devoid of any effectiveness. nailforbusiness.com will send the Customer, via email, a communication certifying the failure to conclude the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and/or expense to be paid by the Customer.
9. Transport and delivery The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes. For each order placed on the Site, nailforbusiness.com issues an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it via email or together with the order, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering will be used to issue the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form. All purchases will be delivered by GLS italy spa or Nexive. The customer may indicate a preference during the purchase from those proposed by nailforbusiness.com (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. nailforbusiness.com is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. nailforbusiness.com or the designated express courier will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, which will specify the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, after entering it on the Courier's website, the status of the shipment. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 3 (three) days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to nailforbusiness.com, unless nailforbusiness.com communicates - within the same period, by email - the impossibility of delivering the goods ordered due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, nailforbusiness.com will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply. In the event that, following communication from nailforbusiness.com of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the same will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to nailforbusiness.com. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or to the Products or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of a written reservation of control on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
10. For purchases made on our wholesale platform nailforbusiness.com, we inform our customers with VAT numbers that we do not accept returns. Each order placed through the wholesale site nailforbusiness.com is final and not subject to return or refund, unless exceptional circumstances occur, such as defective or damaged products at the time of delivery.
We advise our customers to carefully review the order before final confirmation. In the event of receiving damaged products or products that do not conform to the description provided at the time of purchase, we invite you to immediately contact our customer service at info@nailfor.com within 3 days of the delivery date to discuss possible solutions, which may include the replacement of the damaged product.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order submitted, he/she must promptly send an email to info@nailfor.com. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
11. The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. nailforbusiness.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.
12. Applicable law and competent court These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
